How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within two business days. Listing corrections are usually live within a few days of being confirmed.
I own a listed sauna. How do I update my details?
Choose "Claim my listing" or "Update or correct a listing" in the form above, or use the Claim listing button on your listing page. Tell us what has changed (prices, hours, facilities, photos or booking links) and how we can verify you represent the business, for example an email from your business domain.
Can I add photos to my listing?
Yes. Once your claim is verified, reply with photos you own the rights to (landscape, at least 1200px wide) and we will replace the stock image.
How do I add a sauna that is not listed?
Use the List your sauna form. Owners and visitors can both suggest venues, and we review every submission before it goes live.
Do you charge for listings?
Standard listings are free. If you are interested in featured placement or advertising, choose "Advertising & featured listings" as your topic.
Can I ask you to remove a listing?
Yes. If a venue has closed or you are the owner and would prefer not to be listed, choose "Remove a listing" and we will action it promptly.
