Guide to community saunas
Community and public saunas are run by clubs, councils or not-for-profits and keep prices low. They are simpler than commercial bathhouses but often have the friendliest atmosphere, with regulars who are happy to share tips.
Community saunas are often run by volunteers, clubs or local organisations, and many began with a small group of enthusiasts sharing a single sauna. Expect simple, well-kept facilities, a friendly crowd of regulars and house rules about cleaning up and sharing the space. They are a good way to build a weekly sauna habit without bathhouse prices. Check opening times before visiting, as some run on limited hours.
SaunaFindr currently lists 1 venue under community saunas, with starting prices from $28.
