RESET Strength & Sports Recovery offers infrared sauna sessions. Instead of heating the air with a stove, infrared panels warm your body directly, so the cabin stays at a gentler 45–65°C. Sessions tend to be longer, often 30 to 45 minutes, and many people find it easier to relax in than a hot Finnish room. Infrared rooms are usually private or semi-private.

Sessions at RESET Strength & Sports Recovery are typically booked into a private or semi-private infrared room. After a quick shower, you sit or recline in a cabin warmed by infrared panels to around 45–65°C, so the heat builds gradually rather than hitting you at the door. Many people read, meditate or listen to music during a 30–45-minute session. Some studios add chromotherapy lighting or red-light panels. Finish with a cool shower and a glass of water before heading back out.
