About saunas with private sessions
Private sauna sessions let you book a room just for yourself or your group. They are common at infrared studios and contrast-therapy studios, and some bathhouses offer private suites. Private sessions suit beginners, couples and people who prefer not to share a hot room with strangers.
When booking a private session, check how many people the room fits, whether a cold plunge or shower is inside the room or shared, and how much time is allowed for changing. Private rooms are especially popular for infrared, date nights and small groups, so evenings and weekends book out quickly.
SaunaFindr currently lists 27 venues under private sessions, with starting prices from $25.
